About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Pick-up and delivery of vehicles (mostly damaged) from shops, tow yards, and private residents to local Copart locations.
  • Travel nationwide to aid in catastrophe response situations, including hurricanes, flooding, and natural disasters.
  • Load/unload vehicles safely and free of damage.
  • Operate company equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain Hours of Service logs.
  • Ensure good operating condition of all equipment and facilities.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager in support of daily operations.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Class C driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel nationally on short notice for extended periods, including by airplane.
  • Ability to work long hours (12+ hours per day) when needed.
  • Ability to work in extreme conditions, weather, and terrain.
  • Must meet background screening criteria.

Qualifications

  • Previous towing experience preferred.
  • Military applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

Pay

$21.05 per hour, with earning potential of $75,000+ annually. Top performers earn $100,000+.
