Tournament Operator (On-site)

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Player check-in and station assignments
• Bracket creation/management and match scheduling
• Rule enforcement, results entry, and dispute resolution
• Clear, timely communication with players, talent, and production
• Live coordination with the control room for match flow and timing
• Maintain orderly play areas and event cadence; escalate issues as needed
• Basic reporting/recaps (entrants, results, notable incidents)

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in comms/intercom with live production teams
• Conflict resolution or customer service background
• Multilingual skills (Spanish a plus)
• Basic understanding of competitive rulings and etiquette across titles
