Deck Operator
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role (maybe includes company overview and summary). Then Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities). Then Requirements (maybe certifications etc). Qualifications maybe overlapping; but we need to decide.
We have "Key Accountabilities" list: many bullet-like sentences. Those are responsibilities.
We have "Advantage to holding valid certification & Experience in:" list of certifications: Crane Operator Stages 1,2,3 OPITO Combined Rigger/Banksman Slinger (Stage 1) LOLER experience desirable OPITO Helideck Emergency Response Team Member (HERTM) OPITO Offshore Emergency Response Team Member (OERTM) OPITO Helideck Operations Initial Training (HOIT) FPSO experience desirable ERT experience desirable BOSIET
These could be Requirements or Qualifications. Also "Skills:" list: Hard working self motivated individual. Safety oriented. Organized. Team player.
We have schedule: "Working 14/14 rotation on standard 12 hours shift with night shift working as required and delegated by Line Supervisor." Also mention standby man/firewatcher etc. So schedule info present.
Pay: Not mentioned. Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. So we should not include Benefits or Pay sections because no specific content.
We need to include About the role: maybe combine company description and summary. The summary: "The Deck Operator role is to carry out marine operations and maintenance work activities safely and in accordance with stated requirements and control of work system." That's about role.
We'll produce sections:
