Tour Manager & Driver - Must Live in PA

About the role

Aardvark Studios is seeking a Tour Manager and Driver to lead a traveling event experience that explores Pennsylvania's history.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain a custom commercial vehicle (DOT) - 26' box truck
• Manage all logistical aspects of each event stop, including large footprint load-in, setup and breakdown
• Emcee live events, engaging with attendees and maintaining high energy
• Set up sound, tech, gaming and microphone systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment or vehicle
• Assist with inventory and supply maintenance
• Ensure proper storage and security of event assets in chase vehicle
• Troubleshoot and overcome challenges as they arise
• Daily reporting
• Track expenses and submit weekly reports
• Submit activation photos & videos

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• A positive attitude and a passion for Pennsylvania
• Must be a Pennsylvania resident
• DOT Med Card a plus!
• Previous experience in live events, driving 26' box truck and/or customer service
