Tour Guide

About the role

As a Tour Guide, you will create memorable guest experiences by delivering engaging, informative tours of Highmark Stadium. This role leads daily and private tours, provides accurate facts and storytelling, ensures visitor safety, and upholds the service standards expected at Highmark Stadium. Opening in the 2026 NFL season, the new Highmark Stadium will become the home of the Buffalo Bills and feature state-of-the-art technology to enhance the fan experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact and guide visitors through a walking tour of Highmark Stadium in a safe and effective way.
• Present factual, accurate knowledge of Highmark Stadium, the Buffalo Bills, and the city of Buffalo as provided by the management team.
• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming visitors, serving during their tour experience, and maintaining a professional image and pleasant demeanor.
• Answer visitor questions about daily stadium tour options, private tours, and private events.
• Collaborate with team members to monitor the tour route and ensure smooth tour operations.
• Communicate with teammates and supervisors via 2-way radio to relay updates, coordinate tour timing, and support operations.
• Ensure the safety of all visitors.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with groups of all sizes and guests of diverse ages and backgrounds.
• Relevant customer service experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to memorize and accurately recite scripted tour facts and information.
• Willingness to be flexible with schedule and daily assignments, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience and internet access for scheduling purposes.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk long distances, use escalators, and operate elevators.
• Ticketmaster Host experience is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Physical Demands

• Ability to walk long distances.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures (cold/hot).
• Noise levels may vary from moderate to loud depending on stadium operations or events.

Pay

$18/hour.
