About the role
Project Expedition is adding a Tour Content Coordinator whose work will make campaign execution easier to trust across a tours-and-activities marketplace connecting travelers, travel advisors, tour operators, excursions, transfers, bookings, content, and partner support. The day-to-day standard is tour content coordination within the tours and activities marketplace, with confirmed facts separated from assumptions and unresolved questions. Quality Standard Success means campaign execution is current, exceptions have owners, and another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing the history.
What Helps You Succeed
- Use Email Marketing and Creative Coordination confidently when carrying out tour content coordination.
- Apply Approval Tracking without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document Lead Generation decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment around Digital Marketing, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
