About the role
Own and develop SIXT’s total rewards strategy to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Create and evolve the Employee Value Proposition, acting as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs.
- Lead annual compensation processes including merit increases and bonuses.
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
- Lead enterprise-wide benefits programs and vendor management.
- Oversee Leave of Absence (LOA) benefits and policy education.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and pay transparency requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of expertise in total rewards, compensation design, and benefits strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Finance (CCP, GRP, or CEBS certifications are a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in compensation benchmarking, job architecture, and HRIS platforms.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and data analytics skills.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive decision-making.
