Total Rewards HR Internship

About the Role

This internship offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of total rewards programs. You will work closely with the Total Rewards team to support compensation and benefits initiatives, conduct research and analysis, create reports and presentations, and help design and evaluate total rewards programs. The role provides valuable exposure to the field of total rewards and the chance to learn from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits plans.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends and benchmarking data to evaluate the competitiveness of total rewards programs.
• Support the administration of compensation processes, such as salary surveys, job evaluations, and merit increase cycles.
• Assist in the review and analysis of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness initiatives.
• Contribute to communication and education efforts related to total rewards programs, ensuring employees understand the value and impact of their benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information needed for total rewards projects.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to support decision-making and communication of total rewards strategy.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Schedule

8-hour non-rotating shift, starting in the AM.
