Key Responsibilities Design, govern, and administer base pay structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs for corporate and franchise operations.Lead market benchmarking, job architecture, and total rewards analytics to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.Align reward strategies with performance, safety, and service culture.Partner with HR and business leaders to support organizational growth and talent attraction/retention.Manage benefits and rewards vendors and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.Develop and communicate total rewards programs to employees and stakeholders.
