Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide compensation and total rewards strategies aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Lead annual merit, bonus, commission, and incentive planning cycles to drive performance and reward outcomes.
- Partner with Finance and leadership to develop compensation budgets, workforce plans, and forecasting models.
- Conduct market benchmarking and oversee job architecture, leveling frameworks, and salary structures to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Enhance benefits and total rewards programs, including healthcare, financial perks, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Leverage workforce analytics and compensation data to deliver actionable insights and inform executive decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and total rewards within a corporate or multi-entity environment.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing compensation structures, incentive plans, and scalable rewards programs.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders, communicate complex concepts clearly, and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or multi-location organizations preferred.
