TOSA Instructional Coach -- Parkside Middle School (2026-2027)

About the role

The Instructional Coach supports high-quality teaching and learning across Parkside Middle School through coaching, collaboration, and data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Supports teachers in implementing effective instructional strategies aligned with state standards.
• Facilitates collaborative planning sessions among teachers to improve curriculum delivery.
• Conducts classroom observations and provides feedback to enhance instructional practices.
• Collaborates with the Instructional Leadership Team to develop and implement professional development opportunities.
• Uses data to inform decisions about instructional strategies and resources.

Requirements / Qualifications

• A valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential or Single Subject Credential.
• An English Learner Authorization or CLAD.
• Able to work effectively with others and maintain a positive attitude.
• Completed an Edjoin application, resume, three (3) letters of recommendation, and a letter of introduction.

Pay

$60,000.00 - $112,428.00 annually, with up to 10 years of service credit and stipends for additional qualifications.

Schedule

The length of the work year is 185 days.
