About the role
The Instructional Coach supports high-quality teaching and learning across Parkside Middle School through coaching, collaboration, and data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Supports teachers in implementing effective instructional strategies aligned with state standards.
- Facilitates collaborative planning sessions among teachers to improve curriculum delivery.
- Conducts classroom observations and provides feedback to enhance instructional practices.
- Collaborates with the Instructional Leadership Team to develop and implement professional development opportunities.
- Uses data to inform decisions about instructional strategies and resources.
Requirements / Qualifications
- A valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential or Single Subject Credential.
- An English Learner Authorization or CLAD.
- Able to work effectively with others and maintain a positive attitude.
- Completed an Edjoin application, resume, three (3) letters of recommendation, and a letter of introduction.

Pay
$60,000.00 - $112,428.00 annually, with up to 10 years of service credit and stipends for additional qualifications.
Schedule
The length of the work year is 185 days.
