About the role

This role is tailor-made for you if you enjoy supporting key strategic initiatives that will drive transformational change for the company. You are an excellent communicator with a strong analytical skillset and an interest in the retail and fashion industry. You're also resourceful and collaborative with a sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills. A sense of humor is a plus!

In any given day, you might be developing simple frameworks to structure problem-solving discussions, conducting analyses to drive insights that test our strategic hypotheses, or supporting cross-functional stakeholders in managing critical projects. Responsibilities

  • Structure ambiguous problems and develop simple frameworks to drive thinking and alignment across the organization
  • Conduct analyses to test hypotheses leveraging data from multiple sources
  • Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and provide recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs to facilitate problem-solving and come up with the best solutions from an enterprise lens
  • Establish trust-based relationships and communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders
  • Drive teams to act through compelling storytelling
  • Lead select enterprise projects from end-to-end, working closely with business sponsors and working team members across functions (IT, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Buying, Planning, Retail Operations, Ecommerce, Marketing, Talent)
  • Define project workplans and manage ongoing governance forums for select projects
  • Support business case development for new projects proposed and help influence prioritization decisions based on impact potential
  • Support value realization tracking for projects in execution

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in a strategy and project management role, ideally in the retail/fashion industry and at a global organization; prior consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Experience working with many functional stakeholders—including but not limited to Supply Chain, Planning, Buying, and Merchandising
  • Experience managing projects end-to-end
  • Ability to synthesize both qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Ability to conduct ad-hoc analyses to support problem-solving and impact sizing
  • Proven track record as a credible communicator, respected within the organization and able to collaborate, build trust and maintain relationships across all levels
  • Ability to look at the bigger picture as well as have a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and drive executive-level problem-framing
  • Ability to capture project-related documentation and drive ongoing communications to ensure project success
  • Strong organizational skills and focus on project delivery
  • Ability to identify, anticipate and bubble up risks and roadblocks

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
