Join our El Super Store Operations Team as a Tortilleria Clerk in South Gate, California. The store offers exceptional value and variety at low prices, serving diverse communities with a vast assortment of grocery products from Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service

• Clean, fill and rotate tortilla displays
• Aid in making a variety of tortillas and masa for the department

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos
• Write simple correspondence
• Present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds
• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate (preferred)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
