About the role

Join our Fiesta Mart Store Operations Team as a Tortilleria Clerk at the 053 Irving-East Irving Store. Located at 975 E. Irving Blvd., Irving, Texas, 75060.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Interact with the general public and co-workers
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos
• Write simple correspondence
• Present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds
• Assist customers, clean, fill and rotate tortilla displays, and assist making a variety of different tortillas and masa for the department

Requirements

• Ability to read and write Spanish/English
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds
