You keep the kitchen running smoothly by rolling, chopping, slicing, mixing, and preparing everything needed for a legendary Chuy’s experience.
Responsibilities
- Craft fresh tortillas from scratch
- Prep ingredients for Tex-Mex dishes
- Roll, chop, slice, mix, and prepare ingredients
- Maintain a smooth kitchen operation
