As a Tortilla & Prep Cook, you’re the heartbeat of the kitchen, crafting fresh tortillas from scratch while prepping the ingredients that make our Tex‑Mex shine. You keep the kitchen running smoothly by rolling, chopping, slicing, mixing, and preparing everything needed for a legendary Chuy’s experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft fresh tortillas from scratch
• Prep ingredients including rolling, chopping, slicing, mixing, and preparing items for Tex‑Mex dishes
• Maintain consistency and quality in all prepared items
• Work in a fast-paced, high‑energy kitchen environment
