As a Tortilla & Prep Cook, you’re the heartbeat of the kitchen, crafting fresh tortillas from scratch while prepping the ingredients that make our Tex‑Mex shine. You keep the kitchen running smoothly by rolling, chopping, slicing, mixing, and preparing everything needed for a legendary Chuy’s experience.

Responsibilities

• Roll, chop, slice, mix, and prepare ingredients for Tex‑Mex dishes
• Craft fresh tortillas from scratch
• Maintain kitchen workflow and ingredient readiness
