About the role

Join Our Team at Creative Modular Construction (CMC) TOP BOX Technicians build complete HVAC housing units, combining framing, electrical, interior/exterior finish, and metal roofing into a finished modular product.

Responsibilities

• Frame HVAC enclosures using metal studs
• Install electrical components and lighting
• Perform interior and exterior finishing
• Install metal roofing systems
• Ensure completed units meet quality standards

Requirements

• Experience in one or more trades preferred
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Team-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

Skills

• Proficiency in one or more construction trades
• Ability to read blueprints
• Attention to detail

Pay

• 1st Shift (Day): $18.00/hour
• 2nd Shift (Night): $20.00/hour (total of $18.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential)

Schedule

• Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)
• Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)
