About the role

We are seeking a Performance Engineering Analyst with strong expertise in application performance monitoring, production support, and performance engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with monitoring platforms, data analytics, troubleshooting, and AI-driven operational intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Application performance monitoring and analysis
• Production support and troubleshooting
• Data analytics and performance engineering
• Utilize monitoring platforms (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace) and observability tools
• Implement AI-driven operational intelligence and AIOps solutions
• Automation and operational intelligence initiatives

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in performance engineering or related fields
• Proficiency in Splunk AIOps (mandatory)
• Experience with ITIL, ServiceNow, SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
• Knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, machine learning, statistical analysis, and data mining
• Familiarity with banking, risk, or ERP domains
• Experience with automation frameworks and business analytics

Pay

Expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
