About the role

Irby Construction Company, a Quanta Services company, is seeking a detail-oriented Tooling Clerk to support day-to-day tooling, equipment, and administrative needs for its operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate tooling records, supporting tool check-in/check-out processes, assisting with inventory and documentation, and providing general clerical support to help field and office teams operate efficiently. The Tooling Clerk works closely with operations, field personnel, supervisors, and support teams to help ensure tools and related records are organized, accurate, and readily available.
