Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various types of earthmoving and aerial work platforms.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the training of new employees and provide guidance on equipment operation and safety.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss equipment status, maintenance schedules, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using basic hand tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Basic computer skills for accessing company systems and resources.
