Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Assist in the training of new employees.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety protocols.
• Respond to customer needs and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Proficiency in using heavy equipment.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
