Responsibilities
- Training-focused role with hands-on learning opportunities
- Learn to set up and operate machining equipment
- Perform quality inspections and measurements
- Read and interpret blueprints and setup sheets
- Develop knowledge of machining processes and materials
- Perform polishing, stoning, and finishing operations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Willingness and ability to work shifts
- Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
