Tool Room (3rd Shift)

3rd shift: 8pm – 5am, Clinton, Tennessee

Responsibilities

• Set-up of cutting tools for the machining lines following tool setup instructions written in English.
• Use Zoller presetter equipment to measure tool offset and runout.
• Receive and inventory cutting tool components.
• Record cutting tool data from kanban to database.
• Collect used tools from the lines for reload and return reloaded tooling to lineside storage cabinets.
• Package and ship used tools to be sent out for reconditioning.
• Maintain 3-pillar and 5-S standards of tool room area and lineside storage cabinets.
