About the role

Your impact: As a Tool Install Construction Coordinator or Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating tool install projects within semiconductor manufacturing facilities. You will manage project timelines, ensure alignment with client deliverables, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate Tool Install project deployment and installation activities, collaborating with construction trades to ensure project schedules, site readiness, and safety requirements are met.
• Lead project status meetings and stakeholder discussions to review Plan of Record (POR) dates, track deliverables, and communicate schedule updates across project teams.
• Analyze project timelines, installation sequences, and resource availability to support effective planning and enable trade partners to allocate resources efficiently.
• Review design packages, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure stakeholders have accurate information for installation, demolition, and construction planning.
• Track project progress and maintain status reporting tools to provide leadership with updates on milestones, risks, and schedule changes.
• Cook up daily field execution activities with construction trades, vendors, and project stakeholders to resolve constraints and maintain safe and efficient installation progress.
• Identify potential schedule conflicts, constructability challenges, and installation risks, working with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and take preventative actions.
• Support cross-functional collaboration between design engineering, construction management, vendors, and client teams to drive successful project delivery.
• Promote a strong safety and quality culture in the field, ensuring work is executed in accordance with site standards, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ Years construction experience
• Experience working directly with trades contractors and providing field coordination to meet client milestone dates
• Experience working in client facing roles, managing client expectations and needs
• Familiarity working with A&E firms and reading and interpreting design packages for the install of semiconductor tooling and systems
• Comfortable working in cross-matrix organizations comprised of client management, factory management, trade contractors, vendors, and 3rd party representatives

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Professional certifications: PMP, CCMC, or other relevant certifications preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $80,900.00 to $111,300.00. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schedule

Employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.
