Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Project Manager and CM Project Superintendent in the execution of semiconductor tool install projects.
- Adequately adhere to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Work onsite at the client's facility on a full-time basis, wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as specified by LotusWorks, the client, or contractors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trade contractors regarding tool-specific construction issues.
- Review design packages, identify potential issues, and ensure designs are constructible.
- Collaborate with Safety Officers and Contractors to implement solutions for high-risk tasks.
- Participate in QA/QC meetings, addressing issues to drive continuous improvement.
- Cookordinate individual and interrelated trade contractor work.
- Manage the move-in and move-out process for tools and equipment.
- Effectively communicate relevant project information to Management.
- Pursue training and development opportunities to enhance skill sets.
- Display courtesy and sensitivity in customer interactions.
- Manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
- Collaborate with the team, balancing team and individual responsibilities.
- Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.
- Integrate changes smoothly, set goals and objectives, and work in an organized manner.
- Read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Requirements
- Knowledge of semiconductor tool installation, construction, and startup processes.
- Ability to coordinate multiple contractors, trades, and project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Experience supporting tool installation activities in high-tech manufacturing or cleanroom environments.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and project tracking software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in schedule-driven environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining safe work practices and project compliance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in tool installation support, strongly preferred.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field, preferred.
- Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or cleanroom construction environments, preferred.
- OSHA 10 certification, preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification, preferred.
