Tool & Die Technician-Level 2
Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and modify tools, dies, and fixtures to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Fabricate and assemble precision tooling components according to engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on tooling equipment.
- Document maintenance activities and tool modifications accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a tool and die technician or in a similar role within manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of tool and die fabrication, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments and machining tools.

Requirements
- Associate degree or technical certification in Tool and Die Technology or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in tool and die maintenance and fabrication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in tool maintenance.

- Experience with precision tooling fabrication and maintenance.
