Tool & Die Tech - 2nd Shift

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking dedicated individuals to maintain a safe and healthful workplace and keep tooling maintained to produce quality products. Also responsible for assisting with continuous improvement of tooling, housekeeping, helping to make informed decisions, and having tooling ready for production runs.

What We Are Looking For

• High School diploma or GED
• Post-secondary education preferred in tool and die, or related
• Minimum of two years’ experience in tool and die capacity
• Journeyman Certification is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• General knowledge of troubleshooting, materials and methods, machines and tools, and practical application of tooling
• Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Minimum of two years on-the-job training with heavy industrial manufacturing experience in skilled trade capacity
• Must be able to provide own tools
• Basic knowledge of drafting (blueprint reading, dimension drawings, etc.)
• Basic knowledge in automation
