We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if posting has real specific content. Use . Must preserve all details.
Qualifications: There's a "Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications:" list. We'll put those in Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to differentiate Requirements vs Qualifications. Usually Requirements are basic qualifications; Qualifications could be preferred? We'll put basic qualifications under Requirements, and preferred under Qualifications. Or we could put all under Qualifications. But we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content. We have both basic and preferred. So we can have Requirements (basic) and Qualifications (preferred). Skills separate.
Thus:
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove lines like "All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews..." etc. Also remove EEO statements, accommodation request phone number? That's maybe considered EEO/legal boilerplate; we should remove. Also remove "We know that good benefit programs..." etc. Also remove "Click here for more detail: Eaton Benefits Overview." Also remove "Please note that specific programs..." etc. Also remove "Eaton will not consider applicants for employment, immigration sponsorship or support for this position." That's substantive? It's about immigration sponsorship; it's a restriction. Should we keep? It's a qualification/requirement about sponsorship. It's substantive. Keep. Also "No relocation benefit is offered for this position." That's a benefit detail (lack). Should we keep? It's about benefits; we can include in Benefits section maybe. Also "Only candidates within a 50-mile radius..." That's a requirement/qualification. Keep. "Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation." Keep. "This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person..." Keep. "Preferred Associate Degree in a technical field from an accredited institution." That's a qualification (preferred). Keep. Skills list: "High mechanical aptitude Knows how to read blueprints Proficiency in trigonometry Working knowledge of computers. Understand the mechanics of chip formation and metal cutting. Knowledge of ANSI/EIA RS – 274 (“G” code NC programs) #IND123". Keep. Pay: "The hourly range for this position is $34-$52 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations." That's pay info. We should include Pay section with that content. However we must not include filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. This is specific range, so include. Schedule: "The core hours are 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday." That's schedule. Include Schedule section. About the role: The first paragraph: "Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Tool & Die Maker / Machinist - 1st Shift to join our team in Bethel, CT!" plus description: "The Tool Maker / Machinist supports manufacturing and engineering departments by manufacturing various production and prototype components, fixtures, and tools. Eaton's Bethel, CT facility is a premier manufacturer in the aerospace industry specializing with creating components for commercial, military, and space technologies. Our team recently helped support the recent Artimus 2 launch with 65 parts from the plant used in the launch." That's about role. We'll put in About the role. Responsibilities: The bullet list under "In This Role, You Will". We'll convert each line to
