What Drives Success
- Designs, builds, and repairs a variety of tools, jigs, fixtures, welding, brazing, and assembly fixtures.
- Guides and trains other tool makers.
- Analyzes specifications, lays-out metal stock, sets up and operates a wide variety of exact tolerance machine tools.
- Fits and assembles parts to fabricate and repair metal working dies, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and machinists' hand tools.
- Modifies dies to conform to engineering changes.
- Troubleshoots equipment and makes complex repairs.
What We Are Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years related experience.
- Moderate knowledge of metalworking processes and troubleshooting.
- Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
- Physical ability to move at least 50 pounds.
What We Offer
- Compensation: Hourly non-exempt role with a starting pay range between $29.05-30.65/hour, subject to market and individual factors.
