What Drives Success

• Designs, builds, and repairs a variety of tools, jigs, fixtures, welding, brazing, and assembly fixtures.
• Guides and trains other tool makers.
• Analyzes specifications, lays-out metal stock, sets up and operates a wide variety of exact tolerance machine tools.
• Fits and assembles parts to fabricate and repair metal working dies, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and machinists' hand tools.
• Modifies dies to conform to engineering changes.
• Troubleshoots equipment and makes complex repairs.

What We Are Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Moderate knowledge of metalworking processes and troubleshooting.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Physical ability to move at least 50 pounds.

What We Offer

• Compensation: Hourly non-exempt role with a starting pay range between $29.05-30.65/hour, subject to market and individual factors.
