• Job Summary
• The Tool and Die Specialist 2 will maintain progressive stamping die sets for the Top Cap Press department.
• Has demonstrated understanding listed on the Entry level Tool and Die Specialist, Tool and Die Specialist 1, and Tool and Die Specialist 2 evaluations.
• This role will be exposed to troubleshooting, repair, and improvement activities.
• Will also be required to perform the functions of an operator.

Qualifications

• Basic/Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: None
• Must-haves
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with progressive die sets and press stamping in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in a mechanical field
• Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English
• Nice-to-haves
• Minimum of 3+ years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 3+ years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Skill set in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
