Position Summary

We're looking for a skilled Tool & Die Maker to support our operations by building, repairing, and maintaining precision tooling that keeps our production running at the highest level of quality.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Plans, constructs, alters and repairs a wide variety of tools, jigs, dies, fixtures and gauges to very close tolerances.
- Performs development work, difficult tool room operations, skilled fittings, timing and adjusting.
- Selects materials and makes allowances for shrinkage during heat-treating of tools and metal flow in dies.
- Makes tool tryouts and diagnoses and corrects trouble in complicated dies and tools.
- Fulfills other duties as required.

Requirements
- Education And/or Experience: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years of tool & die experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
