About the role

The Tony's Food Server is responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience in a casual/contemporary restaurant setting. This role involves taking accurate food and beverage orders, offering menu recommendations, and delivering orders promptly and correctly while maintaining a professional, polished demeanor. The Food Server must anticipate guest needs and work closely with the culinary and service teams to uphold the restaurant's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct orders and presentation.
• Provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area, including the dining room and service stations.
• Anticipate guest needs and address any concerns or requests in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and accurate orders.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions following company procedures.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area as assigned.
