TONY'S BUSSER: PART-TIME

About the Role

The Tony's Busser position involves a combination of bussing and food running while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Bussers set up and clear tables, stock all service stations, and assist Food Servers and Bartenders with service and table maintenance. A professional, polished demeanor is required, along with the ability to anticipate guest needs and work closely with the service team to uphold the venue's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting company values.
• Perform duties in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to confidently explain the menu and make recommendations.
• Follow the steps of service as outlined by the department consistently.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct orders and presentation.
• Clear tables and bars of dirty dishes and glassware following prescribed methods.
• Provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area, including the dining room, back bar, and service stations.
• Anticipate guest needs and address concerns or requests in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and accurate orders.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area as assigned.
