Tomboy Tavern Backwaiter

Summary

Assists Front Server to ensure an exceptionally high level of service to guests and interact with guests in a positive, professional manner with enthusiasm and sincerity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coincides with the kitchen expeditor as to what courses are being plated.
• Communicates with the front waiter to ensure courses are delivered in a timely manner.
• Busses tables, changes linens, does bread service and replenishes water.
• Participates in dining room setup and breakdown and daily side work.
• Assists with coffee and tea service.
• Maintains all health codes and sanitation requirements.
• Must abide by Culinary Services grooming and hygiene policy.
• Provides a guest experience that exceeds the guest's expectations.
• Supports TSG Ski & Golf sustainability initiatives.
• Adheres to TSG Ski & Golf policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of and adheres to Skier Responsibility Code and Colorado Skier Safety Act.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-3 years culinary experience.
• Must be available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work at elevations of 10,000 feet or higher.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell.
• Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally exposed to extreme cold.
• Work environment is usually loud.

Wage Range and Benefits

• The wage range for this position is $12.14/hr + tips.
