About the role

The Token Management Specialist will manage, record, issue, and provide trouble ticket services related to token management for military personnel. They will also support VoIP systems and perform Windows System Administrator tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of token assignments, activations, and deactivations.
  • Issue and distribute tokens to authorized military personnel, ensuring proper authentication and authorization procedures are followed.
  • Monitor token inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure an adequate supply is maintained.
  • Troubleshoot token-related issues, providing timely resolution to personnel encountering access problems.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement best practices for token security, including regular updates and audits.
  • Perform basic Windows System Administrator tasks, such as user account management, permissions, and software installations.
  • Monitor system health, resource utilization, and security configurations.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patch management, and backups.

Requirements

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
  • Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
  • General Experience: Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration
  • Token Knowledge: Strong understanding of token-based authentication systems, including hardware and software tokens
  • Trouble Ticketing: Proficiency in trouble ticketing systems and IT service management practices
  • VoIP Familiarity: Familiarity with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems and concepts
  • Windows Admin: Solid knowledge of Windows system administration, including configuration and troubleshooting
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Physical Requirements

  • Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstation
  • Use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devices
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Stand, walk, bend, or reach
  • Access equipment located in data centers, offices, or under desks
  • Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
