About the role

We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic teachers to join our team at 7 Magnolia Drive, Simpsonville, SC 29680. Be part of a supportive, purpose-driven workplace where your passion and talent help shape young minds every day.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
• Create an engaging classroom where children can learn, play, and grow
• Support children's social and emotional development
• Foster learning through STEAM and the Creative Curriculum
• Use our app to communicate and build relationships with families

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a teacher in a licensed daycare, childcare center, or preschool (preferred)
• ECD 101 or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education (required for lead teachers)
• High school diploma or equivalent (homeschool diplomas must be through an accredited association)
• Successful completion of state background check and health assessments
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)

Pay

Hourly pay range: $15.00–$17.00 per hour. Pay is determined by education level and years of experience, with increases for continued education, performance, and tenure.
