Job Summary

We are thrilled to have recently opened our brand-new, state-of-the-art Celebree School in Sudbury, Massachusetts - and we’re looking for passionate Teachers to join our founding team!

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your co-teacher to create a consistent, high-quality learning experience for every child.
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
  • Observe and document children's development and milestones.
  • Support daily routines including meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and transitions.
  • Establish open and ongoing communication with parents, sharing insights, updates, and progress on their child's development.
  • Encourage language development, independence, and positive social interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Must meet Massachusetts minimum education and experience requirements.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements.
  • Background check required.
  • Dependable and a supportive team player.
