Responsibilities
- Immerse yourself in a nurturing environment where you can make a lasting impact on the lives of our little ones
- Ensure the infants in your care receive top-notch care, including the provision of bottles as instructed by parents
- Delight in feeding our tiny tots solid foods at precisely the right developmental stages, all as dictated by parents' instructions
- Keep our little bundles of joy squeaky clean by changing diapers as needed
- Bring comfort and peace to our infants when they need it most
- Watch over our little explorers as they engage with age-appropriate toys on the floor, ever vigilant and prepared to intervene if necessary
- Guarantee a restful nap time by closely supervising our infants in their cribs
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children, encouraging a love of learning that will stay with them for a lifetime
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents, built on trust, respect, and open communication
- Maintain a clean and tidy classroom, a haven of organization and calm amidst the chaos of learning
- Help children reach developmental milestones, marking important progress and growth along the way
- Collaborate with others to implement lesson plans, a true team effort that yields the best results
- Encourage children to interact with each other to develop social skills, essential for success in all areas of life
- Facilitate various activities for children, including songs, games, and storytelling, bringing joy and wonder to their young lives
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation procedures, protecting the well-being of our precious charges
- Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities, fostering creativity and curiosity
- Manage classroom activities, including lessons, play, breaks, and meals, with ease and aplomb
- Track children's progress and report to parents, keeping them informed and engaged in their child's education
- Establish and enforce rules of behavior for children in their classrooms, setting clear boundaries and expectations
- Provide basic needs for children, meeting their physical and emotional requirements
- Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Maintain an inventory system for classroom materials and supplies, keeping everything organized and up-to-date
- Assist children in achieving their full potential, providing guidance and support every step of the way
Qualifications
- Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
- Onsite Training and CPR certification that will be paid for
- Reliable Transportation
