Toddler Teacher - Float
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be 18+ years old and meet all state preschool teacher requirements. Flexibility to work during business hours is essential. Experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare is a plus, with preference for Infant/Toddler Certification.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the team to build a warm, engaging space where infants thrive.
- Capture and share daily milestones and developmental progress with parents.
- Collaborate with educators to deliver a stimulating, age-appropriate curriculum that sparks curiosity.
- Tune into each child’s interests, ensure their safety, and enhance playtime with language, toys, and engaging activities.
- Serve as a positive role model for little ones.
