Toddler/Two's & Floater Teacher

About the role

The Goddard School is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in children's lives every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and education to children aged 6 weeks to 12 years
• Implement curriculum aligned with Goddard Schools standards
• Collaborate with other educators to plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
• Ensure safety and health protocols are followed
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians

Requirements

• Average of 1-2 years of childcare experience preferred
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary

• Must meet background check requirements
