Toddler Teacher

About the role

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving teacher who will lead our toddlers from ages 1 to 3 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and educational activities for toddlers aged 1 to 3
• Ensure safety for all participants
• Use soccer to focus on basic motor development
• Work with individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Use a non-competitive approach to make classes fun with a stress-free environment
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
• Have a blast and be open-minded
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny)
• Enjoy working with children
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• No soccer experience needed

Benefits

• Quarterly bonuses offered on top of hourly rate

Pay

Starting pay is $25 per hour. With promotion to supervising coach, pay increases to $45 per hour.

Schedule

New Coaches can work 5-15 hours per week.
