Responsibilities

• Teach and connect with every child in a classroom setting.
• Use the Balanced Learning curriculum provided and ready to use.
• Work in a supportive environment with dedicated support staff and co-teachers.
• Participate in regular classroom planning and school decisions.

Requirements

• Wisconsin childcare certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Wisconsin childcare certifications preferred.
• Experience working with children in a classroom setting is a plus.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom ratios and schedules effectively.
• Knowledge of child development and educational theories.
• Ability to plan and implement lessons using the Balanced Learning curriculum.

Pay & Schedule

• Competitive Pay: $17–$22/hr. (based on experience and certifications).
• Full-time, guaranteed 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday.
• Never operate a classroom out of ratio.
• Set, predictable shifts- your hours are never cut.
• Co-teacher classroom model with dedicated support staff.
