About the role
The Toddler Teacher position at this franchise is responsible for providing a nurturing and educational environment for toddlers.
Responsibilities
- Care for up to 12 toddlers
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Monitor and record daily observations
- Communicate regularly with parents
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe classroom
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid first aid/certified CPR certification
- Experience working with toddlers preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Passion for early childhood education
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with children and adults
- Knowledge of child development and learning theories
