About This Role

This Toddler Teacher opportunity at Christ Lutheran Early Childhood Center serves Infant / Toddler (0–2) and requires no formal credential — just relevant experience. Based in Hebron, CT, candidates bring experience in early childhood education and development.

What You'll Do

• Engage with our 1-3 year olds through a variety of activities, including art projects, language development, music and movement, and outdoor play.
• Provide care and support through feeding, diaper changing, and maintaining a clean and orderly classroom.
• Be a dependable and reliable presence, passionate about your work and eager to contribute to our positive and fun work environment!

Requirements

• OEC background check and fingerprinting
• Health exam/Health clearance
• Previous experience in childcare a must
• Health and Safety course to be completed within 90 days of hire

Nice to Have

• We're looking for candidates with an Associate's degree or CDA, and those who have CPR and FA certification, but it's not a requirement.
• We welcome applicants with experience and qualifications beyond the basics, as we're eager to support and develop our staff.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and education
