Toddler Lead Teacher

About the role

This is a full-time position at La Mère Academy in Leander, TX. We are seeking a dedicated 2-Year-Old Teacher or Toddler Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys working with toddlers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for toddlers
• Observe and document each child's progress and development
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about their child's progress
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience working with toddlers or children in a similar setting preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with children and adults
