Toddler Associate or Lead Teacher

About the role

A nurturing, creative, and enthusiastic Co-Teacher for older toddlers (2-3 years) in a nature-based early-childhood program. The school blends child-led learning with outdoor exploration, gardening, sensory play, and seasonal rhythms. Most of the day is spent outside, regardless of weather.

Responsibilities

• Follow NH Childcare Licensing Guidelines
• Guide play-based learning in a natural setting
• Execute curriculum

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• One of the following:
  • 9 credits in Early Childhood Education (ECE) with 3 in Growth and Development, OR
  • Para 2 certification, OR
  • 1,000 hours of documented experience
• One of the following:
  • 3 credits in Growth and Development, OR
  • 30 hours of documented life experience with children under 5, OR
  • 2-year vocational course in ECE
• Associate or Lead Teacher qualifications
