About the role
Todd-Wadena Community Corrections is seeking a Full-Time Director to lead the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the facility
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Manage staff and budget
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide leadership and support to staff
- Collaborate with community partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, social work, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corrections management
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Knowledge of state and federal correctional laws and regulations
- Experience with program development and implementation
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
