TOC - Physical Therapy Clinical Coordinator (Multiple Locations)
About the role
The Orthopaedic Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Clinic Coordinator for its Albertville, Florence, and Rogersville locations. This position involves examining, planning, and administering physical therapy treatments, managing clinic operations, and assisting other positions as needed. The Clinic Coordinator will address employee and patient concerns on-site and collaborate with HR and the Director of Therapy for escalated issues.
Responsibilities
- Examine, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments to patients referred by appropriate professionals.
- Fulfill management responsibilities under the supervision of the Director of Therapy.
- Aide positions in certain locations as directed.
- Address employee and patient matters on-site.
- Work closely with HR and the Director of Therapy for escalated issues.
- Communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians, and staff.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Licenses: Current Physical Therapy License in the state of Alabama.
- Certifications: CPR Certified.
- Skills: Effective communication, leadership, organizational, and writing skills; ability to work independently and under pressure; teamwork attitude; proven positive work history.
