About the role
The Orthopaedic Center is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
- Examine, plan and administer occupational therapy treatments to patients referred by appropriate professionals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.
Requirements
- Education: HS/GED, Masters or Doctor of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Current Occupational Therapy License in the state of Alabama.
- CPR Certification.
Qualifications
- Strong patient care and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Outstanding organizational, time management and writing skills.
- Ability to speak clearly and concisely.
- Independent, self-starting and highly motivated.
- Initiative and self-discipline.
- Proven positive, "teamwork" attitude in work history.
